Homestead for sale located in Évora with 315 525 m2

Homestead located on the urban outskirts of the city of Évora, southwest of the center, next to orbitur's Campsite.

Has a mixed surroundings, with rural and urban part. Faces national road 380 to the source and is close to the city road which provides it with good access including road public transport, and a supply of commerce and services in the surroundings.

The homestead has a total of 31,525 hectares and is currently not having any farm. A consultation was made to the MDP of the city of Évora that allowed us to verify that part of the homestead is in urban space, about 22,440 m2, the rest of which were classified as a rural area surrounding the city of Évora.

The homestead has some slopes and crosses a paved street that delimits the urbanisable part of the rest of the land area.

According to the PDM of Évora, it is defined in subsection II, the SURROUNDING RURAL SPACES OF the CITY OF ÉVORA, where artº 86 defines the permitted uses and interventions.

Paragraph three of that article indicates that:

the following uses and interventions are permitted, and the standards provided for in Article 82 are applicable, with the necessary adaptations:

a) Recovery, alteration and expansion of existing buildings, intended for housing;

b) Recovery, alteration and expansion of existing buildings for the installation of isolated tourist developments (TSI);

c) Equipment of recognized public interest that by its nature must be located outside the urban perimeters;

d) facilities to support agricultural, forestry and pastoral activities, and it is possible to market or display agricultural and forestry products provided that produced on site;

e) Housing construction for the farmer owner.
